Is there a way of doing more advanced searches for documents?
For example, I would like to search for a document with the subject name that starts with "Record of Advice" (no text before it), or to search for "ROA" (case sensitive), or a subject line that contains both "Record of Advice" and "implementation", but it can have other words in between.
Are you looking in the Doc library search filtering on the Client list?
I just enter whatever I'm looking for an all docs are returned. If you want to search just one client select them from the list on the left and only their documents are returned.

No, I'm trying to do an advanced search in order to mass categorise notes from all clients that have been incorrectly categorised.

That would be the best, it's really annoying the only things you can do in the Document Note Maintenance relates to the Notes Owner and Related Entities.
Totally agree that would be a fantastic function to have. I have always searched for them this way and then manually updated the Type or Subtype which is hugely time consuming.
